Matt Waldron is Product and Brand Development professional with undergraduate degrees in Business from Culver-Stockton College and an International MBA from the University of South Carolina’s renowned Moore School of Business. He has worked as a product manager and retail manager with companies such as Wal-Mart, GameStop Inc., Colgate-Palmolive, Pelican, and Logitech. Matt has lived and worked internationally in Latin America, Asia and Europe.

Matt has worked in International Business/Economic Development for many years now as well. Most recently, he worked for UKTI for over six years as a Vice Consul for Trade & Investment in San Francisco and Miami covering Technology, Financial Services and Creative/Media sectors. Since 2013, he has worked with the Trade Commissioner Service (TCS) at the Consulate General of Canada in Miami covering Technology, Innovation, Fintech, VC and Creative Media sectors. In addition, Matt has developed an expertise on the international Craft Beer & Spirits marketplace and its channel sectors.

Matt lives in Miami, speaks fluent Spanish, basic French and covers Florida, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean for the Canadian TCS.
