Makisha Noël is a proud Haitian American and Miami native. As a cultural strategist, she’s touched Google, PepsiCo, Capital One Cafe, Apple, and Heal Haus. During the day she’s a Social Strategist at Ogilvy with clients IKEA, Dove, Merck and new business in addition to the diversity, equity and inclusion team. Outside of the marketing & advertising industry, she’s built a community of Black and brown women called Creative Culture Tribe and fosters dialogue around social issues with The Living Room Project. Makisha is also an emcee and on-air talent that brings joy to every set and stage she stands on.
