Julissa Rivera is a Community Investments Associate. Her natural instinct for community advocacy and public service stems from her experience volunteering in multiple organizations, as well as participating in various nationally recognized programs such as International Leadership Program and her role as a member of Act 2, a veteran-led and -founded nonprofit. With a bachelor’s degree in political science and soon to complete her Masters in State and Local Governance, Julissa has dedicated her adult life to the service of our community.
Julissa is a Leader Miami Alumni, and Project co-chair, and the recipient of Human rights advocate award, and in 2020 and 2021 she was recognized as the Community Leader of the year.
