Entrepreneur in the Finance Services Industry. Juan has a double bachelor in Accounting and Business Administration, graduating among the top 10 of the class at the Catholic University of Argentina. He also studied business in the US, France, Germany and Taiwan with different scholarships.
Looking for innovation in finance tech and knowledge-based services, considering Argentina as a country of high added value talents and with the opportunity of standardization, process automation and building products to scale, founded and serve as a CEO at CFOstartup and partners with VC-backed startups to provide an end to end solutions to their finances, tax and legal needs.
Finally, related to his background, he founded Barrero & Asociados a top auditing, tax and consulting firm for Agribusiness. In his positions, his greatest challenges have been: launching the company from a local to a National and international scope, define and create a business culture and growth strategy, creating partnerships to enable a fast development of the business and building a team of excellent and flexible professionals.
As his non profit work, he was President of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Argentina and it’s Ibero-American Federation, he was the president of the Argentine delegation of the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance in Japan 2019, he was in 2008 President of Rotaract in Buenos Aires (Rotary for youth under 30), between others.
Finally, he has been an entrepreneur since 2011 in the professional service industry (and was born in a accounting family business) and his greatest challenge is to change the rules of that huge and traditional industry focusing on products to solve a fast growing market of VC backed startups.
