Dasha was responsible for attracting high-tech foreign startups to the Russian innovation ecosystem, leading the only support program for the international founders in Russia, she was building a robust network of international partners and overseeing the management of an English-speaking tech community. Dasha launched a special program for the Russian entrepreneurs to expand globally, helping companies with growth strategies abroad. Now she is based in Miami, and focused on building community strategy for venture capitalists, leveraging existing resources for founders, and helping companies grow.

Empowering Women in Tech

Dasha is an active startup mentor & speaker. She is also an Event Director of Women in Tech, USA. Through her efforts, she drives initiatives promoting diversity, inclusion, and empowerment (DIE) within STEAM fields. Additionally, Dasha actively engages as a startup mentor and a speaker. With an impressive background and an unwavering commitment to professional growth, Dasha is making a significant impact in the technology and entrepreneurship landscape.
