Paula Celestino, originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, is the Co-Founder & Senior Brand Consultant at, an award-winning full service agency. She provides office hours for marketing, branding, and startups, but you can read her full bio below.

As a Growth Chief Officer she is responsible to prospect and manage new leads, consult and identify their needs to create strategies as well as manage sales pipes which led Crea7ive to successfully acquired business with some of the world’s most recognizable brands such as Wendy’s, Disney, Pizza Hut, Zumba, Kraft, Thrive by Arianna Huffington, Armani Casa and Dreamworks (Rango the movie).

Crea7ive has been recognized by The American Advertising Awards, The USHCC and has been featured in Forbes and Inc. Magazine as well as other publications.

Paula is also an aspiring social entrepreneur and has a passion for new technologies and innovation.

Her fascination for sustainability and collaborative consumption inspired her to create Kloset Karma APP, a people-powered boutique that allowed users to shop from other people's closets at a minimal cost by using an alternative currency. Users can also buy brand new items from a curated selection of truly ethical fashion brands that make conscious shopping easy, fun and guilt-free. (2006-Present)

Love Lost, Miami is an annual crowd-sourced art exhibition during Art Basel hoping to shine a spotlight on the stories of loss that live in our own backyard. The exhibit showcases artifacts that recall stories of lost relationships – the traumatic, hilarious, fracturing, enraging, ironic, and grateful tales that Miamians submit to our website Love Lost, Miami has been featured by The Huffington Post, The New Times, NPR, The New Tropic and more.

A Conversation with Innovative Women (2014-2016)

This event was created to empower women to break through the challenges to become innovators/entrepreneurs and to provide an environment to foster mentorship and collaboration in the Miami community. The panel series had over 600 attendees and has been featured at The South Florida Business Journal and The Miami Herald.
